<h2>7. Children's Privacy</h2>

<p>ClassBridge is for teachers and school administrators who are adults (18+). The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents who receive WhatsApp messages from teachers do not create accounts or submit data to us.</p>

<h2>8. Your Rights</h2>

<p>Governed by the laws of India including the IT Act 2000, IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.</p>
